From com­po­nent design to small series pro­duc­tion of com­po­nents: The tool con­struc­tion divi­sion of the SCHERDEL­Group makes tools of the finest qual­i­ty – pro­fes­sion­al­ly, on time and with absolute pre­ci­sion. 40 years of expe­ri­ence in the man­u­fac­ture of sheet met­al form­ing tools enable us to offer our cus­tomers demand­ing the high­est qual­i­ty, a full range of ser­vices. Our design teams are famil­iar with the lat­est CAD soft­ware such as Catia V5 and Siemens NX. They work with the cus­tomer needs in mind, devel­op­ing meth­ods, sim­u­lat­ing com­po­nents and prepar­ing CAM pro­grams and pro­grams for mechan­i­cal pro­duc­tion. State-of-the-art milling cen­ters and erod­ing machines ensure high-qual­i­ty pro­duc­tion of tool com­po­nents. In the try-out that fol­lows, the com­po­nents are man­u­fac­tured using press­es with press­ing forces of up to 1,000t before being mea­sured. Con­tact­less mea­sure­ment using an opti­cal mea­sure­ment sys­tem allows us to pro­vide our cus­tomers with mea­sure­ment reports show­ing that the com­po­nents meet the tol­er­ances. With our tool con­struc­tion loca­tions we have the pre­con­di­tions for offer­ing our cus­tomers high-qual­i­ty prod­ucts with top efficiency.
