Region­al attach­ment and glob­al, com­pre­hen­sive think­ing are not at all con­tra­dic­to­ry at SCHERDEL. If you want to help shape the future, you must have the courage to cross bor­ders and have vision. Mean­while we are rep­re­sent­ed at 32 loca­tions in 12 coun­tries world­wide, but we have nev­er for­got­ten our roots. How­ev­er, our head­quar­ter and some of our plants are still locat­ed near to Mark­tred­witz in Upper Fran­co­nia, the town where the com­pa­ny was founded.

Only with the help of a world­wide net­work a glob­al knowl­edge trans­fer can take place in order to man­age the cur­rent and future chal­lenges of our time. Flex­i­ble and open-mind­ed employ­ees are essen­tial for this — whether for short or medi­um-term sup­port of one of our sites abroad or even for the devel­op­ment of a new plant.
