With the takeover of the com­pa­ny MECO (1988), an effi­cient tool shop for stamp­ing and bend­ing tech­nol­o­gy is estab­lished at the Walder­shof location.

In 1989, a new plant starts pro­duc­tion at the Walder­shof site in the field of stamp­ing and bend­ing tech­nol­o­gy. The build­ing with 4500 square meters of floor space is a suc­cess­ful exam­ple of con­tem­po­rary indus­tri­al architecture.
