Wal­ter Bach, a grand­son of the com­pa­ny founder, takes over the com­pa­ny management.

In the new­ly built Mark­tred­witz-Leu­ten­dorf plant, valve spring pro­duc­tion starts for the first time on auto­mat­ic pro­duc­tion lines. The con­trol meth­ods used ensure the high qual­i­ty stan­dard of series-pro­duc­tion to this day.
